Martin Jackson from AD Porta first approached Attic Self Storage in early 2010, enquiring about renting a mailbox. He had just set up a new business, and wanted a non-residential, professional sounding address to use.
“I was immediately attracted to Attic by their professionalism, how friendly and helpful the staff were, and the fact that I could stay in the same place for several years. I knew that if the business grew successfully, I would be able to get the space I needed on site, without having to change my address and all the associated paperwork.”
In the following 5 years, AD Porta went on to become a successful rail security operator, winning multi-million pound contracts from blue-chip giants including Balfour Beaty, BBMV, Transport for London and Crossrail. Along the way, firm friendships were forged between the team at Attic at Martin, who rented storage space and offices from our East London site in Bow. Martin has now disposed of the rail security part of the business and transformed the business into a health & safety consultancy.
